Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

How to Store & Reheat Your Pancakes
Leftover pancakes? Let them cool completely, then freeze them in a zip-top bag for up to a month. Reheat in a toaster or conventional oven for an instant breakfast on busy mornings!
Refrigeration (Short-Term)
How to: Allow pancakes to cool completely to room temperature. This prevents steam from building up and making them soggy.Stack with parchment paper between each pancake to prevent sticking, then place them in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag.
Duration: They will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
Freezing (Long-Term)
How to: This is the best method for keeping pancakes fresh for longer. Cool the pancakes completely. Lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet and flash-freeze for 1–2 hours until solid. This prevents them from sticking together. Then, transfer the frozen pancakes to a freezer-safe airtight container or plastic bag. Don't forget to label it with the date!
