Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet shipped, contact support@sanhokitchen.com with your order number and recipient information to cancel.
If the package has shipped, shipping costs are your responsibility. You may refuse delivery, and once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund (shipping fees may be deducted).

Returns Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, complete with all accessories, and in original packaging if possible.
Non-returnable items:
Limited edition products
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Process

Contact support@sanhokitchen.com with:
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
Clear description of the issue
Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Once approved, we will provide a return address or prepaid return label.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or not-as-described items: Sanho covers the shipping costs. Provide clear photos or a video of the issue, and we will issue a prepaid return label.
Other returns: Buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color/type, or cancellations after shipment — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact support@sanhokitchen.com immediately with photos and a description.
We will arrange a replacement, missing part, or refund promptly.
