Shipping Method

All products are shipped within the continental US via ground carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on product size and destination.

Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time

In-stock orders: Usually ship the next business day (same day or next day). Some items may require additional time depending on availability.
Multiple items / different addresses: Orders with multiple items or different shipping addresses may be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery time: Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days.
Delays or partial shipments: If shipping is delayed or a package cannot be delivered after a label has been created, orders exceeding 8 business days may be eligible for cancellation or partial refund.
Force majeure: Severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will process your order as soon as conditions allow.

Shipping Damage & Support

Sanho takes reasonable measures to prevent damage during transit, but shipping damage may still occur.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team via email within 3 business days of receipt to request a refund or return.
To expedite the process, please provide clear photos showing visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or functional issues (product not working properly).

Order Tracking

For each order, you will receive at least two emails:
Order Confirmation Email: Confirms your order details.
Shipping Confirmation Email: Includes order number, carrier details, order date/time, order status, and tracking number.
You can also check your order status anytime through your account or the Order Tracking page.

Important Notes

Please confirm your shipping address before payment; orders will be shipped to the provided address.
If the product does not meet your expectations or the wrong item was ordered, Sanho does not cover return shipping costs.
