How do I care for my cookware?
To maximize performance, preheat on low to medium heat and use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils. To clean, use mild detergent with warm water. Let the cookware cool before washing and store it properly. Please refer to the Use & Care Instructions for more details.
Can I use metal utensils?
Please use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils.
What types of stovetops is it compatible with?
Compatible with induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen stovetops.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Our cookware is dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended to extend its lifespan.
Can it be used in the oven?
Not suitable for use in the oven or microwave.

When will I receive my refund?
We will process refunds within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
How long is my Warranty?
We provide a warranty policy:
One (1) year limited warranty for all Sanho products.
The Sanho warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow the product instructions, such as collisions, drops, scratches, dry heating, or overcooking.
