Super easy to cook with and even easier to clean. I use it almost every morning now.
Good quality, feels sturdy and well made, nothing sticks so very little oil or butter needed and clean up is a breeze. What more could one ask for from a skillet? The size is smaller but perfect to sauté a small amount of onions, garlic, peppers etc. Also perfect when you don’t need a large pan to fry eggs for just one or two people. The handle is a bit unique because it’s larger than most and that’s a feature I really like. Overall, I think it’s really a great little pan.
Great pan overall, but it’s heavy enough that I struggle to lift it one-handed, so 4 stars instead of 5. Still, no sticking when I fry or sauté, and cleanup’s a breeze.
