Pedro Gonzalez Heat is even and they've held up well. FYI - they're not completely non-stick, so you definitely need a little oil or butter for eggs. But for the price, they're great.

Texas Tom I hate doing dishes. This pan is a dream to clean. Everything just wipes out, even after I make cheesy eggs. A quick rinse and it's done.
